Robyn's career in recruitment started in 2011 when she joined Your People Recruitment, the sister company of Executive Talent.  Prior to recruitment, Robyn's professional background was in senior management roles within large corporates.  Robyn has a wealth of experience from her management, leadership and HR work in senior roles.  She has previously worked in a wide range of industry sectors which include banking and finance, rural servicing, customer service, processing and logistics. 

In 2013, Robyn and Warwick co-founded Executive Talent as they saw a need for executive level recruitment locally.

Robyn is passionate about helping people to build and develop their careers and providing opportunities to do so.  She combines the knowledge and experience that she has gained through her own career to assist both organisations and job seekers.
